These terms describe how you may use Thinklay.

Your work and access

You retain rights to the content you submit. You allow Thinklay and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including sharing it with room participants and holders of viewing links.

Keep account passwords, invitation links and private room credentials secure. Only share content you have permission to use. A room host can control session progression and access; shared session history can remain available after a participant leaves or deletes an account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass quotas or disrupt other users. We may limit access to protect the service and its users.

Hosting allowance

Free hosting includes three new rooms per calendar month, resetting on the first day at 00:00 UTC. Creating a room requires a signed-in account, and usage is counted per account across devices. Deleting or archiving a room does not restore a creation credit. Joining and continuing existing rooms do not use this allowance; room access, retention and abuse rules still apply. See Plans and usage for current availability. Planned paid offers are not yet open for purchase.

Availability

Thinklay is evolving. Features and limits may change, and interruptions may occur. Keep exports of important work. The platform helps organize decisions; you remain responsible for evaluating ideas and acting on them. Planned AI capabilities are not a promise of currently available functionality.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account data through the dashboard. The Privacy notice explains what is removed and how shared content is retained. Deleting Thinklay data does not delete an external identity-provider account.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
