1. What should the journal preserve?

   • Keep decision context and append outcomes with confidence and category snapshots. Corrections retain earlier records.

2. How should AI enter a decision?

   • Offer a private, editable draft after checking room access, quotas and cost reservations. Require a person to add it to the room.

3. What makes a tree safe to share?

   • Publish an explicit, reviewed snapshot with names and identifiers redacted. Keep private notes, seat credentials and open ballots out.
